2M Celebrates Our Values with the 2023 2M Values Awards

As a company, the 2M Group of Companies encourages our staff to embody a certain set of Values. These values encourage each and every person to go above and beyond, and make sure that the 2M Group of Companies are efficient, ethical and respectful, to each other and to the world.

The 2023 Awards

As a method of celebrating the members of staff who have excelled at living up to these values, we host an awards ceremony each year where we gather everyone from the 2M Group of Companies (virtually).

All nominees are voted by their colleagues and this year we had over 230 votes cast each with an inspiring message as to why their colleague should be recognised for a certain award.

These awards consisted of:

• Expertise – Develop & fully utilise our expertise
• Innovation – Encourage everybody to be creative & speak their mind
• Take Action – Get things done
• Trust and respect – Each other & our business partners

• Rising Star – Stand out for exceptional work
• Team Award – Excel together for the benefit of all
• Sustainability – For a better life today & a better world tomorrow
• Corporate Social Responsibility – Caring for the world around us

In total 21 awards were given out to 65 individuals who will all be receiving a certificate of achievement and a gift voucher to recognise their hard work.

We want to thank every person at the 2M Group of Companies who voted, and congratulate all of the winners. We already can’t wait for next year’s awards.
