2M Group of Companies awarded EcoVadis Certification

The 2M Group of Companies have been awarded a silver medal by EcoVadis in recognition of our sustainability achievements.

The silver award places the 2M Group of Companies in the top 25% of rated companies.

​​​​​​EcoVadis assessment requires evidence (policies, procedures, and results) to be collected and presented in a pragmatic way. The assessment process rates across four main Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) pillars.

• Environment

• Labour and human rights

• Ethics

• Sustainable procurement

The assessment criteria are derived from global standards including ISO2600, ISO14001, ISO45001, UN Global Compact and the Global Reporting Initiative.

Evidence submitted by the 2M Group of Companies for assessment included a combination of group-wide policies, procedures, and results, as well as business-specific procedures and results.​​​​​​​​​​​

Sustainability is extremely important within the 2M Group of Companies, so much so, in 2020, we added it to our company values.

Attaining this EcoVadis recognition is just one way that we are striving towards being a truly more sustainable organisation.
