2M’s Future Leaders have been spending time at Surfachem’s Innovation Lab in the 3M Innovation Centre, Huddersfield University, as part of the 2M Future Leaders programme.
The Future Leaders programme was developed by Liran Maller in 2017. It provides selected 2M Employees from across the 2M Group with unique training opportunities and leadership development.
“Formulations and technical know-how are at the heart of everything we do and customers come to us for the value-add we provide them. It is key for our Future Leaders to experience first hand the wonderful innovations that occur at the Surfachem laboratories” said Mottie Kessler MBE, 2M’s Chairman and CEO.
Mottie also spent time with the Future Leaders, where the cohort met their 2M mentors.
