2M Group Limited Acquisition Makes it Germany’s Nationwide Dry Ice Supplier

CE-O2 Trockeneis GmbH, a 2M Group Company, has acquired the dry ice business of Air Liquide Deutschland GmbH,  making CE-O2 Trockeneis GmbH a nationwide dry ice supplier across Germany.

Air Liquide Deutschland GmbH’s dry ice business operates from 9 supply locations across Germany and will become part of CE-O2 Trockeneis GmbH.

Supporting and enabling many industries, dry ice is essential for many of the things we depend on daily, with life-saving consequences in some cases.

Dry ice is primarily used in:

  • Pharmaceuticals / Life Sciences – to support the transportation of tissues and biological samples, vaccines, and life-saving applications.
  • Food – the preservation of food and reduction of waste when transporting many food products.
  • Industrial Care – the cleaning of sensitive industrial plants through dry ice blasting.
